Returns
Basic returns policy:
Within 30 days of delivery, merchandise in new condition with original packaging and accessories can be returned. Your credit card will be credited with the purchased amount minus 20% restocking fee and shipping/handling.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This is an approximate timeframe. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). Spare’s Attire LLC Exchange Policy
We will replace merchandise damaged through shipping.<
On merchandise exchanges, the purchaser is required to pay shipping for the returned product and shipping cost on the new item(s).
We're unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.
Receipt Required for All Returns
Please note that all returns to Spare’s Attire LLC must include the original receipt.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Air Fresheners
- Items that have been damaged other than through shipping
- Natural wear and tear
- Items that have been exposed to the elements
